Newsletter Privacy Notice
Your email address and subscription status are managed through Resend for newsletter delivery. You remain in control and can unsubscribe at any time
Effective date: August 16, 2026
This notice applies to the CaptureContext newsletter. It explains what happens to your information when you subscribe, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.
CaptureContext, an independent software studio operated by Maxim Krouk, is the controller of newsletter subscriber data.
For privacy questions or requests, contact support@contact.capturecontext.dev.
When you subscribe, we process:
You do not have to provide an email address. If you do not provide one, you will not receive CaptureContext newsletter updates.
We use this information to register your subscription, send product updates and new work from CaptureContext, manage delivery, honor unsubscribe requests, and protect the newsletter from abuse.
The legal basis for sending the newsletter is your consent. You give consent when you submit the subscription form and may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
CaptureContext uses Resend to host its contact list, manage subscription status, and deliver newsletter messages. For this subscriber data, Resend acts as a service provider processing data on CaptureContext’s behalf under its Data Processing Addendum.
CaptureContext does not intentionally maintain a separate copy of the newsletter contact list in its own database. The subscription request still passes through the configured subscription endpoint, and hosting or infrastructure providers may process limited technical logs for security and reliable operation.
Resend uses additional infrastructure providers listed on its Subprocessors page.
Resend is operated by Plus Five Five, Inc. in the United States. Newsletter data may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where Resend and its subprocessors operate. Resend describes its transfer safeguards, including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, in its Data Processing Addendum.
Your contact record is kept in Resend while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, CaptureContext will stop using the address for newsletter delivery and will request deletion where appropriate.
Resend or its infrastructure providers may retain limited delivery records, security logs, or backups for longer where necessary to operate the service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes. Resend provides further information in its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter message or contacting CaptureContext. Resend records the updated subscription status so that further newsletter messages are not sent to that address.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
If you are in Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
To exercise these rights, contact support@contact.capturecontext.dev. CaptureContext may need to verify that the request relates to your email address.
CaptureContext does not sell newsletter subscriber data and does not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
This notice may be updated if the newsletter or its service providers change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
